Mobile contact and shopping journeys for Bakırköy websites
01
Mobile information order
Make important service or product information clear on small screens. Agree headings, imagery and contact priorities.
02
Products and basket
Check options, quantities and prices reach the basket correctly. Returning to a product should remain understandable.
03
Forms and calling
Use concise contact journeys with validation, success states and working phone links.
04
Payment outcomes
Review successful, failed and incomplete scenarios, order records and business notifications.
02 / PROJECT DECISIONS
Mobile usability is more than fitting the screen.
We check that shoppers can select product options, understand delivery and see payment results on mobile. Service websites require checks of short forms, calling and WhatsApp routes. Missing fields, failed submissions and post-action messages are included in the pre-launch review.
For a redesign, the source of the problem may be visual or structural. Limited repairs can sometimes be sufficient. A complete rebuild is not automatically recommended.
03 / PROJECT DECISIONS
Distinguish payment results from order status.
Customers need to understand failure and retry steps. Order creation, provider responses and notifications are tested within the platform. Provider terms and technical requirements need separate assessment.
A form-button click alone is not a completed enquiry either. Success and error states must be clear. We explain the checks included for important contact functions.
04 / PROJECT DECISIONS
Compare Bakırköy proposals against the same scope.
Design, product data, content and payment work are different tasks. Testing inclusions may explain fee differences. Licences, hosting and maintenance need first-year and recurring responsibilities stated.
Search visibility involves clear pages, headings and technical access. Launch checks include links and sitemaps alongside mobile use. Required functionality checks should not disappear behind a lower headline price.
PREPARE FOR THE DISCUSSION

PRICE & HANDOVER
Let’s prepare a clearly scoped proposal.
Pages, products, integrations and testing affect pricing. Content, licences and technical costs are separate. The work is scoped around customer tasks, not page count alone.
