Our manufacturer and wholesale website service organises catalogues, technical details and bulk enquiries.
B2B does not require public prices and immediate payment for every product. We separate browsing, samples, bulk quotations and dealer-order requirements.

01 / PROJECT SCOPE
Catalogues, dealer access and B2B quotations
01
Technical catalogue
Consistent product codes, dimensions, materials and approved documents. Agree the source and update process.
02
Quotes and samples
Enquiries can carry quantities, selected products and relevant delivery details to the sales team. Avoid unnecessary documents at first contact.
03
Dealer and price access
Define approval, user groups and price visibility where required. Access and account responsibilities receive technical review.
04
Ordering and data
Assess minimum quantities, carton sizes, stock and order integrations. ERP provider and access conditions require separate consideration.
02 / PROJECT DECISIONS
A public catalogue and a dealer portal have different jobs.
New buyers exploring products and existing dealers placing repeat orders may need different journeys. Product codes, pack quantities and minimum order rules are clarified first. Where dealer prices or stock connections are required, access to the current system is assessed before technical scope and management responsibilities are agreed.
Documents, drawings and credentials use business-verified information. Current versions and product relationships need definition. Turning a PDF catalogue into structured web data is its own preparation task.
03 / PROJECT DECISIONS
Give the sales team usable enquiry information.
Bulk quantities, packs and delivery expectations may affect a quote. We agree which information is collected at which step, along with how the sales team responds after submission.
Dealer pricing and order limits require tests of permissions, data freshness and price changes. An ERP or stock connection needs assessment of provider support, available fields and error notifications. The operational plan also defines how orders are monitored if that connection becomes unavailable.
04 / PROJECT DECISIONS
Plan content and search for a manufacturing business.
Company services, product families and technical details answer different needs. Headings and links should support those differences. Multilingual work needs translation responsibilities and document availability agreed per language.
A catalogue and quotation site can precede online payment. Future dealer ordering and integration needs can inform the initial data model. Portfolio labels show only delivered work; a corporate site is not presented as a delivered B2B system.
Data, user roles, price groups, quote workflows and integrations determine scope. A catalogue differs from a complete dealer-ordering system. Development, migration, licences and maintenance are explained separately.
