Account and content review
We review the profile, highlights, earlier posts and questions customers ask. Missing information and repetitive topics help shape a useful starting plan.
Our social media management service covers content planning, design, copy, publishing schedules and account review.
We plan content, visual direction and publishing for Instagram and Facebook. A brand explaining its products needs a different approach from a business looking for appointment enquiries. The work starts with that difference.
We review your audience, services and current account content before planning monthly topics, formats, Reels requirements and approvals. Photography, message responses and advertising management have defined responsibilities and deliverables where requested. Organic account management and paid advertising budgets are separate items.

Products, services, customer questions and seasonal campaigns become a content plan. Each post, story and short-video concept has a purpose and a place in the schedule.
Feed graphics and stories follow your brand identity. We define Reels concepts, editing needs and source footage; any new shoot receives its own agreed scope.
Copy and designs go to your team before publication. Revision windows, publishing responsibilities and monthly reviews are included in the written scope.
A first-time visitor should understand what your business offers. Someone looking more closely should also find useful answers. Rather than a feed made entirely of promotions, we plan a mix of introductions, explanations and material that shows how your business works.
We review your existing photographs, product information and visual identity at the start. We do not casually use images with unclear rights. Photography, performers, locations or additional production are scoped separately from monthly design work.
If comment and message management is required, we agree response hours, who handles pricing questions and which topics need your team. For sensitive sectors such as healthcare, specialist answers stay with the relevant professional and content follows the agreed approval process.
Images below show the brands’ website projects. Service labels describe the work delivered; they do not claim ad spend, campaign performance or sales results.
Reach, profile visits, saves and link clicks answer different questions. Monthly reviews look at useful content and the steps that make it easier for someone to enquire. We do not promise that a particular post will produce a sale.
Organic account management and paid advertising have different responsibilities. Where advertising is appropriate, we scope the objective, creative adaptations and media budget separately. Assessing enquiry quality also needs feedback from your business: a link click is not reported as a completed sale.
Platforms, monthly post and story quantities, Reels production, photography, revisions and community management determine the workload. Content production, ad management and platform spend are separate proposal items. We review your account before recommending a package.
Your business retains ownership of its accounts. We agree access, asset delivery, approvals and the files included at handover before work starts. Istanbul-based businesses and remote teams can work with us through a shared content and feedback process.
No. Profile organisation, content production and publishing are organic management tasks. Campaign setup, budget monitoring and paid optimisation are a separate scope. Both can be included in one proposal with clear responsibilities.
Quantities depend on the account, available assets and budget. Posts, stories and Reels are specified in the proposal rather than covered by a vague promise of unlimited content.
Yes. You receive the plan, copy and visuals for approval. We agree feedback deadlines and revision scope at the start so the publishing schedule remains workable.
We first review what can be produced with your existing assets. If a shoot is required, time, location, crew and delivery formats are priced separately. A shoot is not automatically included in every management proposal.
No. Organic growth and sales depend on several factors. We focus on useful content, relevant audiences, enquiries and business contribution rather than purchased followers.
We can work with businesses in Istanbul and other locations remotely. Local requirements, including any on-site shoot, travel and production arrangements, are agreed separately.
Share your account and the service you want to explain. We will define the content, production and management scope together.
Calendars, feed and story graphics, Reels editing, filming and community management are different tasks. The proposal identifies accounts, formats and source assets. Resizing one design is not the same deliverable as producing a new concept.
Approval and revision windows reflect your team’s workflow. Account ownership remains with the business, with agency roles explained. Compare production, management and ad spend as separate costs.
Services, audiences and production capacity shape the monthly plan. Product collections, appointment-led businesses and corporate providers need different calendars. We first decide which customer questions to answer and where the content should lead.
Asset sources, filming, approvals and message management matter alongside quantities. Posts can link to relevant services or products. Organic management, campaign work and platform spend remain separate proposal items.
